Dr. Rani Lakhi, M.D.
Medical director
Dr. Lakhi is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in the Columbus area. She is certified as a Civil Surgeon (INS) and BWC provider. She also has certification in the treatment of opiate/narcotics addiction with Suboxone. She completed a mini residency in occupational health and is an Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor. She is certified by the American Board of Medical Review Officers and functions as our MRO for review and reporting of drug screens and other testing required by employers including federal and state institutions. Dr. Ryan Fryman, D.O.
Assistant Medical Director
Dr. Fryman is a board certified Internal Medicine physician as well as a certified BWC provider and Suboxone treatment provider. He has been given multiple awards recognizing his expertise in teaching residents and students including the Gold Foundation Excellence in Teaching Award on two occasions. He coordinates medical education activities for our clinics and performs regular Quality Assurance studies on all our clinics. Dr. Judy Brown, M.D.
Physician
Dr. Brown is dual board certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She is a Civil Surgeon certified by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) as well as a Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) treatment provider. Dr. Blayre Tuggle, M.D.

Dr. Tuggle is an internal medicine physician with extensive experience and certification in public health and occupational medicine. She is a certified BWC provider and Civil Surgeon(INS). She has practiced in the Columbus are for over 20 years. The last 12 years have been in full time urgent care/occupational health and part time public health. She also speaks medical Spanish. Dr. David Rath, M.D.
Physician
Dr. Rath is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who has practiced both private and urgent care for the past 15 years. He also has extensive clinical research experience in cardiovascular and gastrointestinal medicine.
